goals & objective...

The goal of the MRTC is to explore the use of advanced health care and telecommunications technologies for the mutual benefit of its member organizations and the communities that they serve. In support of this goal, the MRTC uses "real-time" and "store-and-forward" technologies to provide clinical and educational services to rural Iowa communities. Writing services https://writing-service.org/ usually cover all information you need about it.

Three inter-dependent objectives support achievement of the MRTC's goal:

  1. to evaluate the effects of telemedicine on health care costs, quality and access;
  2. to improve the health status of communities in which MRTC members are located; and
  3. to support and enhance the integrated delivery network development.
